This ballet bar training combines elements of pilates, dance, cardiovascular and strength training. The presented program includes standing exercises at the barre with and without small devices like ball, toning balls, rollers, flex bandes and tubes.
The training is based on the Pilates principles and is suitable for everyone. The exercise sequences are choreographed to music and make a lot of fun! Total Barre is a total body workout. It is worked on strength, endurance, but also body awareness, quality of movement and posture.
